The cache can be found by a pretty footbridge over the Western Run stream in Baltimore City. The narrow strip of greenery that this stream runs through, sandwiched between Cross Country Boulevard and Western Run Drive, is officially known as Western Run Park. Some stealth will be needed because this is a popular place to walk, especially for dog walkers, and there is a busy apartment complex nearby. The closest place to park is along the street on the Western Run Dr. side of the bridge. There will be no need to get anywhere near the water in order to reach this cache.
