This cache is part of a series of caches along the trail to a great oldie in the area that doesn't get a lot of finds. These caches should guide you along the right trail to the cache, regardless of the season. 

As with that cache, the approach is different depending on the season. If there is a lot of snow, you will need to ski in; otherwise, you can just hike in. Please note that snowshoing is NOT permitted when there is enough snow to ski the trail.
