From the car park at the back of the Glen O'Dee hospital find the path that heads East in to the woods.
Follow the path for a few paces and you will find a small trail that leaves the main path and heads South East in to the trees
This trail comes to a Y-Junction with another trail, stop here and look for the rock in front of the cluster of pine trees
