The final cache of the trail, you're nearly done! Tweezers needed for this one. The Last Post was placed on Remembrance Sunday 2024 in honour of those lost in service for their country, replacing Homeward Bound which was destroyed when an old gate was removed.
There is a clue in the name of the cache, it is not placed in or around the wall so please do not disturb any stones in the wall.
A popular walking area close to Serpentine Woods which should be explored for hours of fun including the alphabet trail.
