This cache was placed for the fall CITO event and they shared a very deserving FTF after picking up SO MUCH TRASH!
Start at the posted coordinates and walk along the inside of the guardrail until it meets the concrete wall. BE CAREFUL and watch your step as there is a concrete drainage hole as you near the wall. Continue slightly down the hill along the wall about 5 paces and you will find the cache. Be careful not to step on it.
