I. Bíborház - ami valójában vörös / Purplehouse - which is actually red
HU: A Bíborház néven megszületett társasház a Munkacsoport.net három építésze, Bulcsu Tamás, Fortvingler Éva és Móser Balázs 2007 nyarán született tervei alapján két évvel később készült el, benne huszonnégy, jórészt 54, illetve 80 négyzetméteres alapterületű lakással. A koncepciótervek készítése során az építészek több színkombinációt is kipróbáltak..

HU: ..így a sötét, vagy világos burkolóanyaggal fedett falakból vörös keretet kapott loggiák lógtak volna ki, ennek azonban végül – az építésziroda honlapján leírtak alapján nem épp az ő egyetértésük mellett – az inverze született meg: a ház nevével ellentétben vörösek a falak, melyeket fehér erkélyek törnek meg. A Bíborházat szokatlan módon kisebb-nagyobb szobrok is díszítik: emberek, madarak és papírrepülők, a korábban Olasz- és Görögországban is tanuló és dolgozó képzőművész Hafner Mónika munkái.

II. Szent István intelmei - Imre Herceghez de nem Szentimrevárosban / The Admonitions of Saint Stephen - To Prince Imre, but not in Szentimreváros (SaintImrecity)
HU: Falfestmény a Szent István udvarnak nevezett, Sailer István tervezte 1930-31-ben épült bérház falán (a kerület közeli északabbi részét Szentimrevárosnak nevezik és 1930-ban Imre Herceg halálának 900. évfordulóján volt Szent Imre-év is).

1.) Count the number of crowned figures in the painting.
2.) Continue on and turn at the nearby street corner, then look for the plaque on the wall of the house (it is about Károly Oltay, university professor, academician, outstanding scholar of geodesy, creator of the capital city's map system, lived and worked here until his death).
3.) Add the third digit of the second year on the plaque to the number of crowned figures, and this will be the "in".
III. Saroktelek - "egy kerület konszenzusos működésének példája" / Cornerplot - "an example of consensus-based operation in a district"
(Előtte / Before)
HU: A Zsombolyai, Ulászló és Kökörcsin utcák által határolt, fákkal szegélyezett körülbelül 3200 négyzetméteres saroktelken a két világháború között tüdőgondozó működött (a betegek rehabilitációjához lett az ősfás park, benne a kerület egyik legnagyobb platánjával), majd 2013-ig a csecsemőgondozó- és védőnői szolgálat, illetve az ÁNTSZ barakk, aztán egyre elhanyagoltabbá vált, az életveszélyessé vált romos épületekbe többszört törtek be hajléktalanok is. A telek beépítését 2008-ban kezdeményezte az akkori (szocialista) önkormányzat, az államtól kérve hogy adja át a részét egészségügyi alapellátást szolgáló intézmény építéséhez a telken. A döntésre éveket kellett várni, de 2015-ben végül teljes egészében az (ekkor Fideszes) önkormányzaté lett az ingatlan, úgy hogy az állammal kötött megállapodás értelmében az ingatlan egyharmad részét továbbra is közhasznú célra kell használni, de a többi rész szabadon hasznosíthatóvá vált. 2016-ban építészeti terveket rendeltek meg két hatszintes épületre, majd el is fogadták azokat, ezekben gyermekegészségügyi központ, 46 lakás, üzletek, kávézó, mélygarázs szerepeltek amihez ki kellett volna vágni a jelenlegi 58 fa közel felét.
EN: Between the two world wars, a sanatorium operated on the approximately 3,200 square meter corner lot bordered by Zsombolyai, Ulászló, and Kökörcsin streets and lined with trees (the park with its ancient trees, including one of the largest plane trees in the district, was used for patient rehabilitation). Then, until 2013, it housed a nursery and health visitor service, as well as the ÁNTSZ (National Public Health and Medical Officer Service) barracks. After that, it became increasingly neglected, and homeless people broke into the dilapidated buildings, which had become life-threatening. The development of the site was initiated in 2008 by the then (socialist) local government, which asked the state to transfer its share of the site for the construction of a primary healthcare facility. The decision took years to reach, but in 2015, the property finally became the sole property of the (then Fidesz) local government, with the proviso that, under the agreement with the state, one-third of the property must continue to be used for public purposes, but the rest could be used freely. In 2016, architectural plans were commissioned for two six-story buildings, which were then approved. These plans included a children's health center, 46 apartments, shops, a café, and an underground parking garage, which would have required cutting down nearly half of the 58 trees currently standing on the site.

HU: A terv 2017-ben megkapta az építési engedélyt, de a kivitelezés nem kezdődött el, 2019-ben győztes, jelenlegi (ellenzéki) kerületvezetés is magáévá tette, mondván, nehezen tudnák módosítani az állami egyharmados kötelezettséggel, de nem kezdték el a megvalósítást hanem értékesíteni tervezték egy beruházónak. A civilek ezután lépett akcióba: megalakították a nyílt Saroktelek Facebook csoportot, aláírásgyűjtésbe kezdtek, petíciót írtak, plakátkampányt indítottak, molinókkal árasztották el a környéket, tiltakoztak minden fórumon, szembesítették a képviselőket az választási ígéreteikkel, amelyekben ők is azt állították, hogy a kerület megtelt, és zöld Újbudát akarnak teremteni. A tiltakozók szerint, ha megépülne a két 20 méter magas társasház 56 parkolóhellyel, plusz kereskedelmi és szolgáltató egységekkel, akkor megnőne a szűk utcák autóforgalma, a burkolt felületek növekedése miatt erősödne a hőszigetjelenség, az ingatlanjaik értéke csökkenne, és élhetetlenné válna a szinte falusias hangulatú környék.
EN: The plan received a building permit in 2017, but construction has not begun. In 2019, the winning, current (opposition) district leadership also adopted it, saying that it would be difficult to modify it with the state's one-third obligation, but they did not start implementation and instead planned to sell it to an investor. The civilians then took action: they formed the open Saroktelek Facebook group, began collecting signatures, wrote a petition, launched a poster campaign, flooded the neighborhood with banners, protested on every forum, and confronted representatives with their election promises, in which they themselves claimed that the district was full and that they wanted to create a green Újbuda (XI. district). According to the protesters, if the two 20-meter-high apartment buildings with 56 parking spaces, plus commercial and service units, were to be built, traffic on the narrow streets would increase, the heat island effect would intensify due to the increase in paved surfaces, the value of their properties would decrease, and the almost village-like atmosphere of the neighborhood would become unliveable.
HU: Az önkormányzat visszakozott, érvénytelenítette a pályázatot és egyeztetéseket kezdett a civilekkel és végül 2023 októberében jelentette be, hogy „nyertek az újbudaiak, és megindul a 11. kerület egyik legfontosabb beruházása”. Mint írták, az ott élőkkel lefolytatott többszörös egyeztetés után megkezdődik a munka a saroktelken, a régi épületek helyén pályázati forrásból alakítanának ki gyermekorvosi rendelőt és 56 gyermek befogadására alkalmas bölcsődét, az elvadult kertből pedig egy ezer négyzetméteres közparkot.
EN: The local government backed down, invalidated the tender, began negotiations with civil society organizations, and finally announced in October 2023 that "the residents of Újbuda had won, and one of the most important investments in the 11th district would begin."
