Welcome to Central Park!
There are some great trails in this park and some incredible trees to enjoy. Sadly this one got hit with a strong wind and decided to become a sail instead of a tree! I never fail to appreciate the amazing root systems that grow underneath the ground below us. Windfalls allow us to appreciate some of this complexity that occurs benearth our feet.
Please return it in the same spot you found it and be careful while looking for it.
