Attention all junior astronauts, mission specialists, and aerospace enthusiasts! Prepare for ignition as Schultz Ranch Park transforms into a launchpad for interstellar adventure.
Mission Launch: Â This is a model rocket event where science meets imagination and rockets defy gravity in spectacular fashion.

🛰️ MISSION OVERVIEW:
Please join the crew as participants will assemble, calibrate, and launch model rockets designed to soar into the stratosphere — and beyond (well, nearly)! Complete with countdown procedures and a NASA-style launch control. It’s the closest you’ll come to Cape Canaveral without leaving the park.

0815 AM - 1000 AM - 🎖️ BADGE OF HONOR: Each participant can sign the official Flight Log and check in / out travel bugs.

0815 AM - 1000 AM - 🌌 COSMIC CAFFEINE & SNACK STATION: Refuel your mission crew with Cosmic Coffee, “rocket fuel” drinks, Afterburner freeze-dried ice cream, and galaxy-themed bites.

0815 AM - 1000 AM - 🎯 PREPARE FOR LAUNCH - Lunar Lift-Off: Go over launch protocol. Build rockets, prep rockets with wadding, live rounds, and final check off of properly packed parachutes.

0930 AM - 1000 AM - ⏰ COUNTDOWN - Beyond the Belt: We will have a 10 count and launch the high-performance rocket attempting edge-of-visual limit (EOVL).Keep an eye on them these babies are going UP!Â

Whether you're a future flight director or just dream of touching the stars, this is your chance to be part of a ground-based mission that defies gravity and sparks curiosity. All systems go — let’s launch for the future and for another 25 years of geocaching!

SPECIAL NOTES:
-Please indicate how many are in your group. If you are on the fence about attending please let me know so that I can have enough rockets for each user. One rocket per geocaching name.
-Be punctual. Early is on time, on time is LATE.
-Dress for the weather. This is an outside event.
-This event is free to all however donations are gladly accepted.
