GeoMonkeyAU: Here we go again

Dear wonderful geocaching community,

If you’re reading this, you probably know what this is about. With a high level of regret, I inform you about the archiving of some of my best work Who’s Lara and Jim’s Tree Climbing Adventure. Through the years of 2024 to 2025, these caches have provided lots of fun to many finders through their elegant puzzles and GZs.

I have come to the decision to put an end to the caret series because the caches are too far from home, making them difficult to maintain, given reports from finders that there has been some maintenance causes lately. It is very difficult for me to find the time to come so far just to do maintenance for 10 seconds, then leave.

It has also been brought to my attention that some people have chosen to cheat the game to get finds, which is very saddening to hear given the amount of effort put in to creating and putting these out. In conjunction to this, people have been coming to find/solve my cache, not enjoying it and ranting on my cache page which is not fun as a CO to not only read but also respond in some way to these. If you don’t like my wonderful cache, please don’t attempt it or log anything and leave it for the ones who are willing to write good things. Why make yourself unhappy? You know who you are so let’s spread positivity instead!

Since we are archiving these caches and saying goodbye, I have also attached solutions to the puzzles on both caches so those who have not yet solved can see the way to solve. Also thanks to those who gave my caches favourite points. I hope you enjoyed finding it. I should also point out that it takes many hours and much effort to find a suitable spot for a cache and create its puzzle, but only a little but to destroy it and remove it.

As I have stated in my archiving log for my other caches, I am archiving these to make way for future plans which are to be announced so please stay tuned

I hope we can move forward and have the community enjoy my new caches when they come out

Kindest Regards,
GeoMonkeyAU

Solutions:

You had to use the image to plot a pin between the 4 signs => clearly stated in the description!! Read the description!

You had to determine the height - 28m and square toot to 5dp. Remove the decimal point and complete the link.

GZ was a small maze field puzzle which was broken, allowing for an easy D1 find.

Field Notes:

Logbook was stolen - please don’t steal the logbook. Out of all things cachers can take, it must be the logbook! It is the key part of the cache so leave it. You can make your own!! It’s literally paper!

I hope finders enjoyed.
Thank You.

Geocache Description:

Welcome To...
Who's Lara
Recently, office workers used their drone and spotted this mysterious character at the top of a hill on the inside of 4 plaques. Legend has it that this mysterious character is named Lara and she holds valuable information leading to a hidden treasure called a geocache. However, I don't even know who Lara is and I definitely cannot track down where she was last seen.
I have phone a home backwards office to see if they had any evidence but the didn't they told me to contact head of description. I phoned them and was directed to the big boss. They had an image:
Unfortunately, I'm unable to find the location, but you can give it a try. If you manage to do it, send me a message through our trusted communication site, Satellite umm i mean Certitude:
HINT: This is a 'guess the location' type puzzle.
