At the time of placement, this cache is at the entrance of what is the City of Moncton's "Vision Lands." It encompasses the undeveloped area between the Trans Canada Highway, Mapleton Road, Wheeler Boulevard, and McLaughlin Drive. The City held some public meetings over the summer regarding its plans for the area, which I attended, and since then I have been following the project with keen interest.
