Nano sized cache. May require a TOTT to retrieve the cache or the log inside depending on your dexterity.
While this location is inside the property of an apartment complex, the outside area (including the parking lot, sidewalks, and courtyard area surrounding the cache) is open to the public.
Parking at complexes in College Station is always risky. I know for a fact that this lot is open to visitors 24/7 as long as you park in a visitor spot (spread across the complex marked "Visitor"). The construction currently going on on makes it pretty hard to navigate but if you look around the furthest edges of the complex you should see some. I would recommend checking just South-West of the cache location first, as there are several spots there near Jones Butler Road and is just a short walk to the cache. If you can't find any spots in the complex, there is free 24/7 parking just across Holleman at John Crompton Park (working on more caches there as well).
Please take care to tightly roll the log back up before placing back inside to make retrieval easier for the next cacher!
