The Queen’s Green Canopy (QGC) is a unique, UK-wide tree planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022, by inviting people to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee."
The trees at GZ have recently been replanted, so hopefully in a few years time they will enhance the surroundings.
If you have time, take a stroll round the lake and the nearby footpaths, even better if you can tidy away just one bit of litter whilst you are in the area it would be appreciated.
