Welcome to a little Suburban Oasis. Below is a picture from near ground zero. This looks like someones personal project in the greenspace, but it has xome city benches. If the city put it in, it is really cool. There are a few kids toys laying around so I imagine you may have to get lucky on the timing to not disturb the muggles. I've ridden my bike by here a few dozen times and never seen a soul, and it is a nice place to relax and enjoy the sound of running water.
On to the cache, I typically kindof hate these types, but here we are.... You will have to really hone your geo-senses to find this one as its like finding a needle in a haystack (hint one). The container is 3D printed and camoed to the surroundings. Please replace as you found it. Happy Caching.
