FuDeLi Park, formerly known as Square Park, part of the YanZhong Green Space and also the location for The Second National Congress of the Communist Party of China - which can be visited for a fee. The cache is a simple magnetic cache within the park, a couple of inches above the walkway. Its a nice quiet park away from the bustle of everyday life.
