Welcome to the Peanut Capital of Texas!

Floresville, Texas, officially earned the title of "Peanut Capital of Texas" with the passage of TX HCR83, a bill co-sponsored by Rep. Ryan Guillen (R) and Sen. Judith Zaffirini (D). Signed into law by Governor Greg Abbott on June 9, 2023, the designation recognizes the town's pivotal role in the state's peanut industry. Situated in Wilson County, just south of San Antonio, Floresville has a long-standing tradition of peanut cultivation, with the crop serving as a cornerstone of the local economy for over a century. Each year, the town celebrates this agricultural heritage with the beloved Floresville Peanut Festival, a vibrant event where residents and visitors come together to enjoy peanut-themed activities, including a lively parade, delicious food, and fun games. The festival is a testament to the community's deep-rooted connection to peanuts, further solidifying Floresville's status as a key player in Texas's peanut industry.

Reverse Wherigo caches can be intimidating, but after you find your first one, you'll discover that they are easy. Once you have the cartridge on your GPS or phone, it becomes a virtual version of the "Reverse Cache Box." You will need to enter the key listed above (the three numbers) that are unique to each reverse wherigo. Once you have done this you will then be able to run the cartridge which tells you the distance to the cache. You may begin your search from any spot in the world.

You may use this cartridge on any reverse wherigo that uses the same cartridge page created by -Waldmeister. These are the 3 numbers that you will enter as the "key" so to speak that is unique to each individual reverse wherigo and will not give you coordinates but rather indicate the distance to the final/geocache. Your task is to find the geocache using the box as little as possible for checking the distance.
