Alright geocachers, I know we all get lots of cardio hiking up and down for one cache or another, but now we're going to Stop and Shape Up! That's right, the February instance in this series of 2025 caches has you getting the blood flowing just as those new year's resolutions are starting to fade from memory, and you're starting to wish you hadn't filled up on pie sandwiches. By the time we're done here you're gonna be doing earth-downs rather than push-ups ;)
Here's how it's gonna work: in each round you're going to be given an exercise and list of sets. Take the first number and do that many of the listed exercise, then take a minute or so to rest, and then that exercise again for the second number/set, on until the round is done or your limbs feel like tentacles, whichever comes first. Wooo great work out there!!! I'm proud of you. A few things to note: make sure you stay hydrated, get some electrolytes now and then, make sure you warm up (got you covered there with jumping jacks) and do a cool down (maybe a nice 8 mile run followed by some gentle stretching), and of course don't take exercise advice from some random cache page. Whoops probably should've mentioned that beforehand. Anyway I think that covers all the points I wanted to make. What's left? Oh yes, the usual - don't bother going to the posted coordinates, yes there are some hints scattered around, and please do feel free to let me know if you think the difficulty rating isn't quite right.
