A Geocachers of Minnesota event to celebrate Blue Switch Day. Twenty-Five years ago, back in the year 2000, the US government made GPS technology available to the public by removing Selective Availability restriction on GPS technology.
This made GPS more accurate and responsive and plainly put, GEOCACHING WAS MADE POSSIBLE. The very first cache was hidden the very next day. We will meet at the Hahn Rooster Sculpture (posted coordinates) inside the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden for the occasion!
Friday, May 2nd
6:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, Minneapolis

There is some street parking available, as well as a fee lot near the sculpture garden. Cheers!
