The weather has turned cold, so we are meeting indoors to enjoy the beautiful desert evening from the comfort of the Farmer Boys Restaurant. Our event will be on Tuesday, February 18th from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Farmer Boys has plenty of tables, restrooms and food. Stop by to catch up on what is new with the High Desert Geocachers Group. We will be approximately 255 feet east of "The Courtyard" gazebo at the northwest corner of the High Desert Gateway Shopping Center where we normally meet in good weather. So, get off the couch or get off work early and come by for a visit.
If you have never attended one of our Meet and Greets, we encourage you all to stop by and sit for a spell. New to geocaching? This is a great place to get more information about this sport and get answers to any questions you may have. We would love to hear any about any geocaching adventures you may have been on or maybe you could learn about some of our local caching areas. We have experts to help with geocaching puzzles or gadget caches that you cannot figure out and if we cannot help, we normally know who to call for a nudge. Everyone is welcome, even Muggles. We hope to see you there.
