We reccomend 4WD access, mountain bike or walk. 2WD vehicles are best to park off to the side of the unused coal haulage road and walk up the Beecroft Trail 500m.
The views are spectacular so bring a camera. Watch the geokids on the pagodas.
Cache is a black plastic protein container with a pencil, log and plastic animals for the kids.
