THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!!!
This is the second (ever?) Wherigo in Issaquah! (The first being GC94006.)
This is a Reverse Wherigo cache. The cartridge tells you the distance to the cache, but not the baring. You need a Wherigo-compatible GPS or one of the smartphone apps to play through the cartridge and find the cache. "The Reverse Cache" (created by Waldmeister) can be downloaded here.
Once you have downloaded the cartridge:
1. Select your language
2. Select your unit
3. Select "Play"
4. Visit the posted coordinates and answer these questions:

5. Enter this code in the cartridge:

6. Play the cartridge and locate the cache!
The cache is available 24/7. There is parking nearby even if the main parking area is closed. Please do not block any driveways or the street.
