First and Foremost, park to the side of the building, well out of the way!
This one should be an easy one, and from time to time, we all need an easy one to make up for the ones where we look and look, and come away empty.
The folks here are the kind of folks that we hope don't work too hard; for if they are having a tough day, then one of our friends and/or neighbors may be having a worse day. The more days that they have where they just do routine maintenance and nothing else the better!
As for the cache, just follow the coordinates and you should find your smiley 
in no time! If you can't seem to find it, the location has something in common with one of the major tools of the trade that these guys use..... (see the hint if you need more)
