Desde entonces, la localidad comenzó a llamarle Cascada Velo de Novia. El Parque Velo de Novia es una hermosa reserva natural que alberga una cascada de 35 metros de altura. Si decides andar el sendero cuesta abajo, podrás llegar hasta su desembocadura en el lago de Valle de Bravo.

Legend has it that a beautiful woman was about to get married, but she never made it to the altar. In an act of deep pain and shame, she threw herself off the cliff of the waterfall. Since then, the town began to call it Cascada Velo de Novia. Parque Velo de Novia is a beautiful nature reserve that houses a 35-meter-high waterfall.
