Frogger was a popular arcade game that was released in the early 1980's.
Cache is not at the listed co-ordinates, but is on the same street. You will need to criss- cross the street, avoiding cars (as Frogger did) searching for frogs, until you find the nano cache. The cache should be easy to find once you discover the correct frog.
Edit: Due to original cache being muggled in the first week, the cache is now in a nearby "flower" ornament close to the frog.
