After a while, the resort fell into disrepair. During WW2, the resort became a Top Secret Interrogation Center, housing thousands of Japanese POWs. The prisoners were well treated and it was said they gave the Japanese Generals the best Resort Treatment in order to coax War Secrets After the War, the Military closed the base and it fell in further disrepair.
