Given that I've done several challenging puzzles in the area I thought I would change it up a little bit and do a simple multi-cache. But I couldn't help myself - this one still has a puzzle element at Stage 1.
Go to the posted coordinates and use your observation skills to determine the coordinates for the final stage. It is a visual clue - you probably won't have to get out of your vehicle.
