There's something special about this pillar box, but I'm not going to tell you what it is. Once you see it, you'll know!
This one is outside St Thomas' Hospital, and there are four others like it (located at Trafford General Hospital in Manchester, Royal Edinburgh Hospital, University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff and The Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast) ensuring all nations of the UK are represented.
The reason they were created in 2020 was to give thanks to the NHS for their efforts during the COVID crisis, and apart from the obvious, they all have signs on them saying 'Thank you NHS
PLEASE CAN I ASK THAT YOU DON'T POST PICTURES OF THE PILLAR BOX OR GIVE SPOILERS IN YOUR LOGS.
Please let it be a surprise for others.
At the pillar box count how many times the words 'Thank you NHS' appear. Call this X.
