Lots of fun activities held over Easter 2026
Everyone attending will get a free event bag with free goodies. Please log your will attend by 1st of March to get your free goody bag. When logging your will attend please use @2@ when saying how many people are coming for example @3@ means three people in your team are coming.

9:30am-10:00am Opening ceremony meet outside on the oval

5:30pm event site closes
there's no dinner event tonight.
Camp bonfire starts 5:30
6:00pm Marshmallow raffle (at camp bonfire)

These event are pretty much confirmed. unless on extreme circumstances, they will not change. For the full weekend schedule please go to our Event website or our Facebook page as per HQ rules I can only put one day schedules on the cache page.
Camping
As this is only listed as a one day event as per the geocaching HQ rules I cannot put or advisors camping on the cache page. I understand this is a country town and people have to travel and need accommodation, witch is why it's still available up on the website.
