This cache is part of a series of caches that get you to visit and see the community artwork that has been applied to some roadside network infrastructure cabinets.
Note that no physical caches are placed on or near the cabinets - you only need to look at them to gather the information you need.

Also, AoC: Whitby West ended up with a bit of additional history on this series.
About This Cache
As always seems to happen in this series, although the intention is to use a cluster of cabinets within the confines of a suburb, it never seems to work out that way and, in this case, the first two waypoints are at the western edge of Ngaio and the last is just over the nominal boundary in Crofton Downs. Even though the waypoints are not that far from each other as the crow flies, driving between them is kind of awkward and parking can be difficult. It's probably better done walking if you can.
The Virtual Way Points
Like other multi-caches in this series the virtual waypoints are the locations of communication cabinets with community artwork on them.
The waypoints can be visited in any order but the listed order is recommended to put you closest to the cache at the end of the virtual waypoints. Warning: People with some types of colour blindness may have trouble at WP3!
