Welcome to Stumped in Leyland, a fun and hidden treasure tucked away in the peaceful Leyland Park in West Vancouver. This charming spot provides the perfect opportunity to pause and enjoy the quiet beauty of the park. As you explore the area, take in the natural surroundings while searching for this small, cleverly concealed find. It's a quick but rewarding adventure, offering a perfect little escape from the everyday.
The cache is a small, waterproof metal bison tube that fits in the palm of your hand, designed to withstand the elements. The logbook is securely wrapped inside a small ziplock bag to protect it in case any water seeps in. Due to its size, the cache does not contain a pen or pencil, so please remember to bring your own. Please handle the cache with care to help keep it as dry as possible. Thank you!
Happy caching! :)
The park is named in honor of Joseph (Joe) Bentley Leyland (1888–1969), a West Vancouver Councillor and Reeve. The nearby Leyland Street also bears his name, with the honor bestowed in recognition of his many years of dedicated service to the Municipality.
