The first coordinates will bring you to a door whre you will find the first clue. There is plenty of parking in the lot. To find this cache, you will need to go on a short walk. You will find the numbers and letters for the dewey decimal number needed for the cache location.

A = The number of letters in the first word on the yellow round circle on the left door
Walk to the coordinates N47 42.443 W91 56.365
B= the 2nd number in the address
C= the 1st number in the address
D= the 1st number in the address
Walk to coordinates N47 42.466 W91 56.423
E= the number of letters in the word that are in the white sign next to the flag
Now walk back to the location where you first started. N47 42.439 W91 56.311
F= the last letter in the 3rd word on the yellow round sticker on the left door
G= the 4th letter in the first word in the yellow round circle on the left door
H= the 3rd letter in the middle word in the yellow round circle on the left door
You are now ready to enter through the doors and search for the cache. Find the nonfiction section and search for the Dewey Decimal number that you just found.
The hours to find the physical cache are Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 10-6. The library is closed on holidays.
