Found on a pleasant riverside walk, the path can be accessed from either Albert Dock (over the lockgates via the permissive path) or from St Andrew's Quay, parking near the locally infamous Chinese Restaurant and walking past the historic Lordline building.
A nice easy find, should cause no issues.
