2025-05-05 is square root day, so I wanted to make a puzzle about squares. But I did not have any squares to work with, so this puzzle is about a couple of rhomboid instead.
This is a puzzle cache. You will not find the cache at the published coordinates.
The published coordinates of this geocache are one corner of the first rhomboid. This first rhomboid is very close to being a rectangle but the corners are not quite at ninety degrees, so it is not.
Using information from the other three corners (the three corners that are not the published coordinates of this geocache) you can then make a second rhomboid, that is very close to being a rhombus but the sides are not quite equal length, so it is not.
Once you calculate the fourth corner of the second rhomboid (the corner that is not in any way part of the first rhomboid), the cache can be found at an offset of 334.3 degrees, 295.9 metres away.
