The craft brewery scene is alive and well in Saskatchewan and Pile ‘O Bones Brewery pays homage to the original Cree name for Regina. Their logo is the Plains bison in honour of the animal that literally supported life on the prairies for thousands of years. My current favorite of theirs is the White IPA which is quite citrusy and a bit less bitter than their other house specialty – Space Cadet IPA. They also brew an interesting Cold Brew Americano Stout if you happen to want to combine your morning coffee with a rich ale. Their taproom on Cameron Ave. is well worth a visit as it is always hopping (pun intended) and their Oxpecker Menu is varied and delicious.
Extreme stealth will be needed at this location.
