9th May - Access Improvements at Hucclecote
The session is set for 3 hours, but only me and the ranger have to stay till the end!
Please do feel free to pop along and only stay for as long as you want.
Parking: There is some on-street parking opposite Hucclecote Meadows Reserve on Laxton Road (or in many of the other side streets nearby).
Where: Meet by the footpath sign just off Laxton Road at 0930 or find us in the Meadows at the headline coordinates.
What: We will be making sure the site is accessible by improving the gateway into the reserve. This will involve lowering the gate / raising the dirt and manoeuvring a rather large bit of cement!

How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance. We ask you to bring your own gloves, but don't worry as the ranger will have a supply.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please do bring a drink as it can be thirsty work!
