What is a palindrome? It’s a word, phrase, sentence, or number whose letters or numbers read the same backward or forward. There are eleven palindrome dates in the month of May 2025 and today is the third. These dates are expressed in short using only the rightmost two digits of the year in the month/day/year format. Unlike Europeans, and the rest of the world for that matter (who use the day/month/year format), this is the format most commonly used here in the USA. So since we’re here in the USA, we’re following this format.
