What to expect
For event number six we'll take a look at one of York's confectionary giants.
Take a glimpse into the life of Mary Craven (1826–1900): Confectionary Queen of York
Simply mark your attendance and join us on the day and gather at the posted co-ordinates at the allotted time, please note there will not be a log book or trackable drop off point at this event. Feel free to bring your own refreshments if you’d like to enjoy tea and biscuits during the session.
Important Notes
- Children are warmly welcome but must be supervised at all times.
- Dogs are not permitted within the cemetery grounds, except for registered assistance dogs.
- Please remember that York Cemetery is a working cemetery. We kindly ask all visitors to act respectfully while on site.
