First visited this area during a group bicycling trip from Lafayette several years ago and I finally got around to placing a cache here. Located on the grounds of Adams Mill's historic grist mill, the majority of the nearby buildings predate the 1880s. Parking is available at the mill with a few additional spots next to the covered bridge just down the road. Bushwhacking should be minimal as there is a short series of trails in this section of the woods.
The mill has been turned into a museum. It is open May through October, Saturdays and Sundays 1-5pm. There is a small admission fee.
