Billy Goats Gruff Traditional Cache

The Merredin Peak was the main water supply to the railway dam. First constructed in 1893 the dam was used to supply water for steam Locomotives. In 1968 the water was no longer needed for the trains. It is now a popular destination for locals and visitors. If you look closley you can see some coy and loggerhead turtles in the dam.
