The Churchill Brewing Company is located in the Sutherland area of Saskatoon. Construction began on a vacant lot in the area a couple of years ago and as I passed the area often I was curious as to what was going to open in the new warehouse. Much to my delight it was a new brewery although it took several months after construction was complete before it was open to the public. It is now a bustling restaurant/taproom that can be hard to get into on weekend nights. At last check, they had 30 homemade brews available and the brewery is readily visible from the taproom so patrons can observe the brewing process while they sample the products.
