Take a ½ mile hike down the Cobshell trail towards the Big Darby Creek. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the waterway, and take a second to look for a cool fish or bug at the streamside classroom!
Putting on the GeoTrail every year takes a lot of work, and we couldn't do it without the help from the geocaching community. Thanks to Tick Magnet & Barkie for helping us look after this cache!
Zebra Mussels are small, freshwater shellfish are common stowaways on boats and other water transports and equipment. Identified by a flat-bottomed ‘D’ shape to their shells that allows them to sit flat against a solid surface, and black, zigzag stripes against a cream background that earned them their name.
