The Phyllis & Allan Rudd Rose Garden in Goulburn is a lovely garden in memory of two amazing Goulburn locals who have passed away. The only unfortunate thing about this area is the amount of rubbish that collects here due to it's proximity to fast food locations. Let's help fix that with a lunchtime CITO so that it's clean at least for a while. We will provide bags and arrange the disposal of all the rubbish. Plenty of safe off road parking across the road.
