I work nearby and walk this construction access road often. They clear cut the woods area 2-3 years ago to get it ready for townhouse development. Nothing has happened in those 2-3 years, no idea how it's stayed so long, so it's a good spot for a geocache for now.
But get it while you can, urban progress will eventually claim it!
