Park along the road side at: 47°17.838N, 121°55.998W
This is also the parking location for the Jellum Cache.
Continue on this trail until 47°18.988N, 121°56.050W.
There is a side trial that connects over to the Jellum II trails. This side trail has numerous trees that have been blown over it, so be prepare for some trunks to cross.
The goal is to follow the paths and trails that end up way down at the river's edge.
No need to bushwhack, trails are available for the entire route.
It is just over 2.25 miles
to the cache site .
I set the Terrain Difficulty to 3.5, as the trail ends up at the bottom of the Green River gorge, including a steep hill
.
This cache can be found on mountain bike
or on foot
. The downed trees on the one section will be difficult to get the bikes through.
The last 100 yards are rather narrow for safe biking.
This is also another great location to take the dogs for a walk unleashed
.
The cache is a green ammo box containing goodies for cachers of all ages.
Good trails are available connecting to the "Jellum Park" cache.
