What's going on?
***Sat. 7 June @ 1:45 pm***
There will be a brief 30m event today. We will be discussing all things geocaching - geo-chatter is the lifeblood of our community - a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new ones, trade tips and stories and generally keep up to speed with all things geocaching.
Where's it happening?
At the listed coordinates, obviously. That's in the covered outdoor seating area of a famous Seattle coffeeshop. We'll see where we can find a corner to hold court. There is also a shop right next there if you get hungry or coffee is not your thing.
Safety briefing: it is going to be busy
Conincidentally, there is a game at the nearby Aviva Stadium this afternoon, so it is going to be busy, especially preceding kick-off at 2.45pm. It may not be ideal for smaller children, so if the wee ones are coming, you'll need to be extra mindful of the crowds.
Parking
Public parking - free in the evenings - is available on many nearby streets. Public transport is a better idea with the DART to Lansdowne Rd, and frequent buses on the 4, 7, 7A and 7D from the city centre. Also there is a frequent service on the cross-town S2 bus.
