Just A Tool V : Operation Traditional Cache

The previous cache needed an upgrade so this is my attempt to make it more of a CLEVER GEOCACHE HIDE. This is cache #5 in my Just a Tool series. For the best experience please use the provided tool to make the retrieval and return so that it is secure and the same experience for future cachers. Be careful not to search from the east side with your body in the street. I did not place the cache on that side. Good luck.
