Cane Creek Mountains: Dam View Traditional Cache

The Lookout Trail is the 3rd trail opened at the Cane Creek Mountains Natural Area.  This loop bridges the gap between the Northern Approach Trail and the Pioneer Camp Trail, meaning all three trails are now accessible from either trailhead, with both providing access to the new Lookout Tower.  Shortest approach to this cache will be from the Oak Hill Trailhead. Wish I knew more about this old structure.  Possibly to create a swimming hole for the old Pioneer Camp that operated from the 30's to the 50's?  This cache is NOT on the dam, and you do not need to leave the trail.
