Welcome to beautiful Keystone Park in Lethbridge! This park offers lovely green spaces, fresh air, and of course, a geocache.
While the Geocache is at the posted coordinates, you will have to do a bit of work to get it open as the geocache itself requires a 5 digit code!
The Puzzle:
To find the 5-digit combination for the lock on the cache container (A-B-C-D-E), you'll need to do a little bit of observation from the area around the posted coordinates:
- A = The total number of large, finished and unfinished decorative Arches you can see in this immediate part of the park.
- B = Count the number of Benches available for a rest in this space.
- C = How many Storm Drains can you spot in this specific area?
- D = Note the number of main Entrances to this park.
- E = Finally, count the number of Garbage Cans serving this vicinity.
Each count will give you one digit of the 5-digit code A-B-C-D-E. Remember, each number can be from 0-15 (though for this puzzle, your counts should be straightforward). Once you have your five numbers, that's your code to open the cache!
(Note: The rings and tube can be a bit sticky due to paint and weather proofing, you can use a bit of force.)
Please be stealthy when retrieving and replacing the cache, and make sure it's well-hidden for the next finder. Trading items of equal or greater value is appreciated. BYOP (Bring Your Own Pen).
Enjoy your walk in Keystone Park!
