Fire stations are always cool to visit as they often evoke a sense of childlike wonder. Something about big trucks, bright flashing lights, and Dalmatian puppies (is this real or just a myth). It's a fun juxtaposition for the important work these everyday heroes do for communities all over the country. This cache is a tribute to the brave men and women who risk their lives to keep us safe ... like SuperNateTN!
Stage one of this cache will bring you to the new Fairmont Fire Station. It's a very cool building, but doesn't have a lot of parking, so please park on the street and walk to GZ. To get the coordinates for the final, take a look at the memorial out front. Enter the two-word title of the sculpture into the checker.
The final is a short walk (or drive) away at a local park. It's a small park with street-only parking, but hopefully, it will get a revival soon. The cache is a small purple bison tube tucked just out of view. Stealth may be required on nice days.
