Geocaching in 2025 is all about celebrating 25 years. A Cache In Trash Out (CITO) Event allows Geocachers to celebrate by giving back to your community.
CITO events might focus on tree planting, litter pick up, or even habitat restoration. They’re a chance for geocachers to give back to their local spaces and communities. Cache In Trash Out events bring geocachers together to care for the geocaching game and planet Earth.
The CITO Season 1 for 2025 has ended but cachers might still be looking to do a CITO in other months to qualify for a challenge, one example of this is GC87RAC.
Come along and help clean up along the back beach at Bonna Point, Kurnell. This will be a traditional clean-up event where we’ll clean up rubbish.

PARKING: Prince Charles Parade (check signs), Kurnell. This is located within the Sutherland Shire LGA.

WHAT TO BRING:
Strong gloves and enclosed shoes.
Some bags if you have any. However, the CO will have suitable bags available.
It is also recommended you wear a long sleeve shirt and a hat.
Wet weather gear might be considered in case of inclement conditions.
