Geocache Description:

Another QEM (Quick Easy Multi) in one of my favorite venues.. These multies in the QEM series are not meant for those of you who like long walks in the woods, rock strewn trails with dramatic change in elevation where you arrive at the final and have to back track 3 miles to get to your car.. Nothing wrong with those and if that is your dream multi, pass this one by. These is meant for those of you working on a multi a day or date-placed calendar and the weather is awful, or you are on crutches following surgery.

Now the specifics. At the posted coordinates, you will see a delightful scene from the Tortoise and the Hare. For stage 1, notice the sculpture holding a time piece. Enter the HOUR as a WORD into certitude for information to the final.

Your GPS will take you to stage 1 and it is accessible at all times. However, the final can only be found when the library is open. Current hours to finish this cache are below but it is always safest to check before you drive a distance to get this cache. As always, it is safest to being your own pen.

Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm,  Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 1pm - 5pm (Labor Day- Memorial Day)

Special thanks to Library Director, Sara Belisle, for all her help and for permission to place this cache.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
